Tyres are removed from the wheels and then acid dipped to remove any old coatings.
Wheels are then blasted and treated for any damage, and ensure there is an even surface prior to powder coating.
They are then powder coated and baked in the oven, leaving a durable and high gloss finish. If diamond cutting is required, this is carried out before adding a clear gloss protective finish. Tyre are then refitted, wheels are balanced including new valves, and then refitted to the car.
